My management and engineering background at a major consumer goods manufacturer strengthened the project management skills necessary to perform renovations expansions tenant build-outs address tenant/landlord issues and handle anything else that the commercial real estate profession can generate. Real Estate licensee since 2004 focusing in leasing sales management and development under the Heritage Management Corp. In 2010 HMC joined NAI Global - a worldwide leader in commercial real estate and formed NAI Heritage. NAI Heritage operates in the Northcentral Florida counties and is connected to a dozen other offices in Florida and 400 offices around the world. Prior to real estate project management and leadership capabilities were established during a 14+ year career as a domestic and international engineering manager with Procter & Gamble Company. Responsibilities including packaging equipment design startup operation and throughput optimization.
