Seatbelts (lap belts) in front and rear. Weather/Rain shades all around. Two (2) spare tires included – no wheels just tires. Cart is in great condition and runs very well. Refurbished date is not known but the cart is in great shape and runs very well. Original manufacture year is 2014.
