After Graduating from the University of Florida in 2003 with a Master of Science in Real Estate Nolan continued his education in the field of Geographical Information Systems (GIS). In 2004 he completed all coursework necessary to receive his certification in GIS.GIS is software that deals with land and all of its associated attributes.
